**The Opportunity:**
We are looking for a **Senior Product Manager** to join the Strategy and Business Transformation team. This role is responsible for ensuring Aviso's investor wealth solution is valuable and viable, solving difficult customer and business problems. You will gain a deep understanding of our users and customers, seek data to understand customer engagement, and drive change by bringing our vision to life.

**What Your Day Looks Like:**
- Drive innovation through curiosity and passion within the product team.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, tech leads, and software engineers.
- Understand business constraints across various internal teams.
- Define value and deliver valuable outcomes using customer, business, or technical metrics.
- Manage product iteration within an agile-oriented team to drive value-oriented results.
- Foster a collaborative environment built on trust and inclusion.
- Use data and feedback from stakeholders to develop ideas and assess user stories.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8-10 years of related work experience, with at least 3 years in technology-powered products.
- Expertise in product delivery and modern product discovery techniques.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and an understanding of iterative delivery.
- Strong technical acumen with an understanding of the challenges associated with delivery.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of various functional areas.
- Proven track record of assessing risk and devising solutions.
- Digital savviness with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, JIRA, and Google or Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency with design software, such as Figma, is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Financial industry experience is preferred.
- Fluent communication skills in English; bilingual skills in French are an asset.

**Salary:**
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $120,000 - $135,000 CAD annually, based on various candidate factors.
