**Job Summary:**
The Senior Product Manager, Deposits, is responsible for articulating the vision and defining the strategy for the bank's deposit and liquidity product portfolio across retail and business accounts. The role includes executing new initiatives, managing ongoing activities related to the product portfolio, and making critical recommendations to senior leaders regarding rates affecting $26 billion in deposit balances. Collaboration with Treasury and frontline leaders is essential to enhance the bank’s net interest margin, attract lower-cost operating deposits, and reduce risk.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Strategy Development:**
- Drive a client-centric approach to product management, ensuring deposit and liquidity products meet client needs.
- Own product strategy and roadmap components, including alignment with broader business strategies, competition analysis, and prioritization of initiatives.
- Build and present business cases that articulate value propositions and benefits of product development.
- Design a viable product roadmap balancing economic benefit, market opportunities, and constraints.

2. **Execution:**
- Oversee complex, enterprise-level initiatives through all product lifecycle stages.
- Lead the evaluation and decision-making process regarding new solutions, including build/buy/partner strategies.
- Ensure a frictionless user experience across all product offerings.
- Set product pricing and manage inherent and residual risks according to bank policy.

3. **Ongoing Product Management:**
- Contribute to P&L for assigned products, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors to stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance.
- Continuously monitor key product metrics to assess success and lead necessary corrective actions.

4. **Leadership:**
- Make impactful decisions quickly while managing risks and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through development and launch phases.
- Serve as a product leader, providing expertise and supporting external thought leadership initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree required.
- **Experience:** Minimum 7-9 years in product development and management, with experience managing deposits and liquidity products preferred.
- Establish strong working relationships across internal teams such as marketing, sales, and legal.

**Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
