**Job Title:** Product Manager - Kubernetes Optimization

**Your Role and Responsibilities:**
As part of the IBM Software team, you will transform customer challenges into leading AI-powered, cloud-native solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning a specific product area within Turbonomic and becoming a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Working with customers to identify improvements and define new functionalities to enhance adoption and business value.
- Collaborating with development and testing teams to write clear requirements for new Kubernetes optimization functionalities.
- Managing the UI/UX design process to ensure ease of use and value articulation.
- Using customer data and market research to prioritize an aggressive roadmap that balances new features, improvements, and technical debt.
- Providing field teams with necessary content and context to help customers maximize product functionality.
- Staying informed about industry and technology trends.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise:**
- 5+ years of experience with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and Container Platforms (Kubernetes).
- 3+ years of product management experience managing enterprise IT solutions (infrastructure, monitoring, management, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in product ownership and growth.
- A technical/engineering background for Product Management.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:**
- 5+ years of product management experience managing enterprise IT products focusing on cloud and Kubernetes platforms.
- Experience driving product growth in a cloud and Kubernetes-focused environment.
- Understanding of enterprise best practices for cloud management including tagging, resourcing, provisioning, scaling, and optimizing.
