We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to enhance our measurement and planning strategies for reach across all Amazon Advertising products for both internal and external customers. This individual will play a significant leadership role in our business and product teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own critical product initiatives to drive superior performance for our advertisers.
- Establish a reach reporting mechanism across all Amazon Advertising products.
- Lead and influence across different organizations, aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
- Serve as an evangelist for the platform, promoting new features, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption through sales teams.
- Ensure a 100% customer-focused approach, understanding and anticipating their needs and future trends.
- Collaborate directly with external customers to gather input, mold requirements, and release features.
- Manage multi-functional projects, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
**About The Team**:
The Reach Planning and Measurement team develops self-service planning and measurement products that provide advertisers with insights into key performance metrics for their campaigns. Utilizing Amazon's unique retail and ads data, we deliver actionable insights that optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in engineering discussions regarding product technology decisions and strategy.
- Proven track record in feature delivery and product trade-offs.
- Experience in managing technical products or online services.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
- Experience in building and driving the adoption of new tools.
