**Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager - Government Sector**

**About the Opportunity:**
We are seeking a talented and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our product offerings within the government sector. This role requires a deep understanding of government procurement processes, regulatory landscapes, and the unique needs of government agencies. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies, positioning our products to address government pain points, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the government vertical, focusing on Federal, State, and Local government markets.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify government market segments, trends, and opportunities.
- Analyze government procurement processes, regulations, and funding mechanisms.
- Collaborate with the PMM team to craft strategic framing, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and messaging specific to the government space.
- Conduct market research, win/loss analysis, and competitive analysis to drive ongoing differentiation; disseminate insights across the business.
- Partner closely with product management on setting the product strategy for our learning platform based on data-backed evidence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Create and manage value-based product collateral and campaigns.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and thought leaders.
- Act as a thought leader through speaking engagements, customer advisory boards, webinars, industry events, and analyst briefings.

**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth SaaS company (learning industry preferred).
- Proven experience in leading the development and execution of high-impact go-to-market campaigns, messaging, and sales collateral.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience bringing new products to market.
- Experience conducting market analysis and working with analyst firms and partners such as Deloitte and Accenture.
- Knowledge of Technology Risk Management, Compliance, and Information Security.
- Familiarity with federal security standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, SOC2, ISO 27001.
- Experience performing FedRAMP assessments and authorization.
- Strong understanding of the learning and development space.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence peers and gain alignment across departments.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
