We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team and help drive key programs for Amazon Learn.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead large, complex programs serving diverse customer populations.
- Develop change management communications and effective training for internal stakeholders and system users.
- Support multiple customer sets by leading voice of the customer mechanisms and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams on key feature rollouts.
- Communicate status, risks, and changes of program milestones to a large user population and senior business leaders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation to continuously improve organizational efficiency.
- Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional, and globally distributed stakeholders.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proven ability to own program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
