**Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Tenant Experience**

**Role Overview:**
As the Senior Program Manager of Tenant Experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this mission-critical initiative. This is an exciting time to join as we are still in the early stages of designing and developing this cloud-native platform.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the SmartHome+ Tenant program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Define program objectives and develop a comprehensive roadmap with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders.
- Identify key stakeholders, understand their needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with program goals.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor them continuously.
- Track progress, generate status reports, analyze data for trends, and oversee the program budget.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, implement quality assurance processes, and conduct regular reviews.
- Provide direction to project managers, foster team collaboration, and identify training needs.
- Document and approve changes to the program scope, communicate them to stakeholders, and adapt plans.
- Lead status meetings, review progress reports, update senior management, and prepare detailed program reports.

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to bring teams together to focus on goals and understand business objectives.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to listen to and interpret stakeholder feedback.
- Agile Certification (LeSS, ACP, CSM, SAFe) or equivalent work experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing roadmaps and reporting, with an understanding of business impact.
- Expertise in using data to inform and drive decisions.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Technical or data-driven educational background or MBA.
- Positive, collaborative, and friendly attitude.
- Experience with business casing and KPIs.
- Knowledge of voice platforms and virtual assistants.
- University degree in Business or a related discipline.
