**Salary:**
- Program Officer (Grade 17): $81,012 to $108,017 plus performance-based incentive
- Senior Program Officer (Grade 18): $92,355 to $123,140 plus performance-based incentive

**Position Overview:**
The Technical Assistance Facility (TA Facility) supports FinDev Canada's mandate by offering innovative financial and non-financial solutions to the private sector in emerging economies. We aim to drive gender equality, climate action, and market development.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Manage TA Projects:** Oversee a portfolio of client and market-level TA projects from conception to completion, including project idea generation, scope and budget definition, approvals, implementation, and reporting.
- **Collaborate for Impact:** Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes and disseminate lessons learned.
- **Operational Support:** Contribute to TA Facility operations, including project management and reporting.
- **Governance and Reporting:** Engage in governance activities and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
- **Develop TA Offerings:** Lead the development of TA Facility offerings by leveraging insights from current projects and best practices.
- **MEL Strategy:** (Senior Program Officer only) Redesign the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning plan for strategic reporting and learning.
- **Strategic Leadership:** (Senior Program Officer only) Facilitate internal strategic discussions regarding the TA Facility's work.

**Qualifications:**
**Must Haves:**
- Undergraduate degree in economics, international development, business management, or related fields.
- Program Officer: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Program Officer: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in development finance or international development.
- Experience in FinDev Canada's impact areas, working with partnerships in emerging markets.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

**Nice to Haves:**
- Master's degree in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
- Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities.
