**Job Description**
AECOM Buildings + Places is seeking a Senior Project and Proposal Manager to join our team. This position is based out of our Markham office with opportunities for remote/hybrid work permitted.

**About The Role**
We are seeking a dynamic Project and Proposal Manager who is passionate about delivering and winning architectural and engineering design services. This role is a critical position supporting our private sector business, approximately an 80/20 split role focusing on project management and proposal/capture management. You will collaborate with Engineering Leads, Operations, and Marketing Managers, providing strategic input to help you succeed.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, coordinate, and control projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timelines.
- Drive financial performance of assigned projects while managing scope, schedule, and client relationships.
- Provide guidance to designers and technical staff to meet client objectives and produce coordinated working drawings and project specifications.
- Communicate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders effectively.
- Prepare design and contract documents, conduct construction reviews, and manage contract administration.
- Write and coordinate winning proposals to attract and retain clients.
- Assess client requirements and develop strategies to win business with new and existing clients.
- Maintain strong working relationships and effectively communicate with all levels of management.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering and six years of experience managing multiple projects for commercial clients.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Twelve years of experience managing complex projects for commercial clients.
- Architectural or Engineering designation and PMP accreditation.
- Experience with large private sector client programs and technical knowledge of building construction and codes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.

**Additional Information**
- Relocation is not available for this position.
- Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available.
- Compensation will be based on location and qualifications, with an expected range of $107,000.00 - $175,000.00.
