**Summary:**
The Customer Experience and Digital Transformation team within Thomson Reuters seeks a high-energy, motivated individual with strong project management skills. Our organization is responsible for transforming Thomson Reuters into a digital-first business. This individual will manage projects that support the delivery of digitally enabled solutions and drive operational efficiencies across various business and technology areas.
**About The Role:**
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Manage large technology and business-related projects that deliver solutions to improve customer experience.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues while developing contingency plans.
- Maintain control and leadership over the delivery of the project including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value.
- Develop and track detailed project plans, ensuring clear communication of timelines and milestones.
- Build relationships with all areas of the business to ensure program success.
- Lead and manage project team members, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and policies.
- Deliver reports to executive-level audiences as necessary.
**About You:**
You’re a fit for the role of Senior Project Manager if you have:
- A BS/BA degree and a minimum of 7 years of progressive program/project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- The capacity to lead cross-functional, remote, and virtual project teams in a matrix organization.
- Proven experience in delivering and managing projects with complex requirements.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Professional certifications such as Project Management (PMP), Change Management (PROSCI), and/or Agile (Scrum Master, ACP) certifications.
- Experience leading teams through significant transformations.

**Compensation:**
The base compensation range for this role is $97,100 - $180,300, with the possibility of an Annual Bonus based on performance.
