**Job Description**
**Position:** Senior Project Manager

**Grade:** H0:10
**Hours:** 37.5 per week
**Salary:** $105,456 to $131,820 annually (commensurate with experience)
**Status:** Permanent Full Time

**Position Summary**
The Digital Project Management Office (PMO) team at UHN is responsible for planning and implementing strategic Digital programs and projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will focus on digitally-enabled Finance and Supply Chain projects. Your role will involve working closely with business and technical teams to select and implement process and software solutions to optimize UHN’s use of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba applications.
**Duties**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish business cases and project roadmaps.
- Oversee program planning and delivery for complex technical projects.
- Mobilize cross-functional teams to execute short- and long-term plans.
- Maintain strong program and project management controls.
- Manage and coach assigned project management staff.
- Ensure effective governance, change management, and communication.
- Identify and manage risks and escalate to senior leadership as needed.
- Oversee procurement and vendor management.
- Participate in an on-call leadership rotation for critical system downtimes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 7 years in Project Management required.
- Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics, Administration, Technology, Science, Business, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in finance business areas required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP required.
- Strong team building, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and training abilities.
- Proven budget management skills and proficiency in data analytics.
- Experience delivering large, complex programs using full-cycle project management methodologies required.
- Supervisory or managerial experience required.
- Experience in procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management required.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills at the executive level.
- Excellent strategic critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in computer software (M365 tools, MS Project, MS Visio, JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience preferred.
