**Position Overview:**
As a Senior Project Manager at fusionSpan, you will lead cross-functional teams on medium and large-scale IT projects from initiation to launch. We are seeking a self-driven individual who excels in a challenging and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in decision-making, stakeholder management, risk assessment, project planning, and resource management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead medium and large-scale IT projects, leveraging the Salesforce platform to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define project scope and budget.
- Plan complex projects from initiation to launch using agile methodologies.
- Manage and motivate cross-functional teams and ensure resource availability.
- Monitor and report on project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Communicate project status with stakeholders and mitigate project risks.
- Engage as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Utilize project management platforms to maintain project knowledge.
- Navigate challenging conversations regarding scope, budget, and schedule adjustments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Strong technical background with understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on successful technical projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to project stakeholders and learn new technology quickly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Salesforce or any enterprise CRM knowledge.
- Experience in entrepreneurial and startup environments.
