The Senior Project Manager at OntarioMD is responsible for leading multiple concurrent digital health initiatives and managing teams in a matrix reporting relationship. This role involves overseeing projects throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to implementation and operationalization of strategic projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage large complex digital health initiatives: serve as the primary point of contact for OntarioMD.
- Determine project requirements, establish scope, timelines, budget, and target deliverables.
- Develop and deliver high-quality documentation, including business cases, project charters, detailed project plans, and project analysis reports.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders through strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
- Lead and manage internal and partner project resources.
- Prepare meeting materials and facilitate project governance meetings and stakeholder forums.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve project processes.
- Support the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluation, and contract negotiation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Support pre-project activities such as client engagements and requirements gathering.
- Assist with portfolio management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting initiatives.
- Mentor project managers and team members on best practices and governance requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and frameworks.

**Qualifications:**
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in progress is required.
- Minimum seven (7) years of project management experience, with at least five (5) years in a Project Manager role.
- Three (3) years of experience in proposal writing and RFP development.
- Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and work productively with multiple partners.
- Experience in leading cross-functional project teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally in healthcare.
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an asset.
