**Role Overview:**
As a Senior Project Manager within our Transformation Management Office, you will lead the execution of large, complex projects that are critical to Sobeys' strategic objectives. This high-visibility role requires excellent stakeholder management, financial acumen, and a focus on delivering results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a project support model and governance framework.
- Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and closure of multiple large projects.
- Collaborate with Business Leads to create project charters and define project scope.
- Establish Critical Success Factors with stakeholders to ensure project delivery within budget and scope.
- Manage project financial status and track costs.
- Implement change management and communication plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to offer tailored project management solutions.
- Enforce a culture of accountability among stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 8 years managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Proven financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Strong ability to manage relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Agile problem-solving skills utilizing diverse methodologies.
- Experience coaching and developing team members.
- Knowledge of Digital Experience Platforms and Cybersecurity is advantageous.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or MBA preferred.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
**Work Model:**
This role requires presence at an office location at least three days per week to promote collaboration and success.
