**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the strategic implementation and operationalization of our Enterprise Human Capital Management System (HCMS) within the corporate applications portfolio. This pivotal role will establish and execute a comprehensive product management framework that aligns with our organizational strategy for corporate applications. The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end delivery of the HCMS implementation, ensuring integration with existing enterprise systems while maintaining operational excellence throughout the transition process.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Implementation Leadership:** Develop and execute the comprehensive HCMS implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards and organizational objectives. Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from inception through deployment, and transition to operations.
- **Stakeholder Management and Communication:** Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Facilitate collaboration between HR, Finance, Technology, and business units.
- **Technical Planning and Execution:** Oversee technical architecture and integration planning for the HCMS implementation, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise standards.
- **Vendor and Resource Management:** Manage relationships with HCMS vendors and implementation partners, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- **Change Management and Training:** Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the HCMS platform.
- **Quality Assurance and Risk Management:** Implement quality assurance processes and maintain risk management frameworks.
- **Performance Monitoring and Optimization:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and system effectiveness.

**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide HCMS implementations, managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing implementation strategies, transitioning enterprise systems from project to operational state.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and executive engagement across HR, Finance, Technology, and business operations.

**General Skills:**
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise system implementations, preferably in HCMS.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute implementation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Excellence in managing relationships with executive leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture and best practices.
- Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience managing large project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
