**Position Summary**
As a Senior Project Manager in the Enterprise Programs within the Technology, Infrastructure & Innovation group, you will report to the Senior Director. Your primary responsibilities will include program management and leading complex projects spanning multiple business lines and channels that usually last 12 to 24 months.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program and Project Management Expertise:** Apply deep understanding of program and project management principles including status updates, schedule management, and change requests while working with business and technology leads.
- **Financial Management:** Collaborate with leads to gather inputs for financial forecasts, analyze variances, and develop executive-level financial reports.
- **Relationship Management:** Build partnerships with key business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of workstream deliverables.
- **Communication:** Create compelling presentation materials for program status reports and support executive discussions.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with teams to achieve common goals, negotiate deliverables, and milestones as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Over 2 years of experience in running end-to-end strategic projects/programs and change management in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track progress to identify issues early.
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices.

**Preferred Skills**
- MBA or PMP designation (or in progress) is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex programs with strategic components in a multi-channel, multi-product service environment.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and manage risks effectively.
