You'll work on high-impact projects using cutting-edge tools and methodologies to drive digital transformation, collaborating with leading financial institutions and innovative companies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead quality assurance efforts for data-driven solutions, validating data and ETL pipelines.
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for ETL processes, data transformations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality requirements and create actionable testing strategies.
- Implement test automation for ETL processes using industry-leading tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify risks and resolve data quality issues.
- Document test results and communicate findings with stakeholders, ensuring testing transparency.
- Stay updated on emerging data technologies and best practices.

**Technical Skills:**

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data processing.
- Familiarity with data warehousing technologies (Amazon Redshift, Snowflake).
- Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with big data tools (Apache Hadoop, Spark) and CI/CD processes.

**To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:**
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance focusing on data and ETL testing.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing complex data validation tests.
- Experience in fast-paced, Agile environments.

**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field.
