**Role Overview**
We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement solutions that enhance the Homebase software platform, impacting the lives of our customers. You will play a key technical role in our engineering practice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement software solutions that increase the value of the Homebase platform.
- Build a variety of React Native applications and improve existing software architecture in collaboration with Design and Product Management.
- Contribute to the evolution of our engineering strategy and development processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for their use within mobile feature teams.
- Mentor junior software engineers and lead feature development initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of React Native Engineering experience.
- Strong background in JavaScript and React Native frameworks.
- Proficient in building and maintaining applications with clean code.
- Experience working with native modules and native build tools (Gradle, XCode).
- Familiarity with Jira, Git, GitHub, CircleCI, and using pull requests.
- Excellent analytical skills and a sense of urgency and ownership in your work.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

**Compensation Range**
$137,300 - $165,000
