**The Opportunity:**
As the Director of Partner Management, you will foster deep relationships with Moneris' most strategic partners, guiding the overall strategic direction and goals of the partner portfolio. This high-impact position requires collaboration across the business to deliver an outstanding partner experience and enhance our reputation as a market leader.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the strategic direction and goals of the partner portfolio.
- Collaborate across business units to ensure exceptional partner experiences.
- Engage key partners and leaders to identify integration and growth opportunities.
- Communicate the vision and strategy regarding the partner portfolio, identifying gaps for improvement.
- Oversee cost efficiencies and partner-related margin targets tied to product strategies.
- Report on the status of strategic partnerships to the Management Leadership Team (MLT).
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements through market analysis and business case development.
- Conduct regular business reviews and create annual partner plans for strategic partners.
- Mentor team members on guiding improvements within partner portfolios.
- Lead complex contract renegotiations with assigned partners.
- Maintain transparency and communication through proactive interactions with internal partners.

**Candidate Profile:**
- 7+ years of experience managing partnerships or key relationships.
- Strong technical understanding, preferably in software/product life cycle.
- Experience in planning, project, and portfolio management.
- Strong business and financial acumen for identifying and recommending solutions.
- Experience in the payment industry considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; bilingual in French is an asset.
- Proven ability to build successful business relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Innovative, resilient, team-oriented, and results-driven.
