**Career Opportunity**
The TTC is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating, planning, administering, and supervising the activities associated with operations performance metrics and information management control systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and administer operations performance metrics.
- Design, develop, and modify programs for data accessibility.
- Provide statistical analyses, KPIs, and associated reports.
- Develop and implement project control systems and performance evaluation criteria.
- Track and communicate performance against project plans and KPIs.
- Conduct data analysis and research assignments.
- Prepare and present statistical reports and findings.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field (Accounting, Engineering, Finance, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business consulting, financial reporting, or customized reporting systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of information management systems, statistical analysis, and programming principles.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in project planning and management.
