**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and optimize revenue processes across the customer lifecycle to improve scalability and address workflow bottlenecks in Sales and Marketing.
- Guide stakeholders on best practices for pipeline management, forecasting, and accelerating deal velocity to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Develop comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC) and provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with IT and CRM administrators to enhance the sales tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach) and resolve issues.
- Ensure data integrity by defining and enforcing standards for data management and improving Rules of Engagement (RoE) across systems.
- Lead revenue forecasting initiatives, ensuring accurate data inputs from cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders with data-driven recommendations.

**Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related analytical role within the SaaS industry.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across a business.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, and functions like SUMIFS, QUERY, and ARRAYFORMULA.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of lead-to-close processes (including MQL, SAL, SQL, and Win/Loss stages) and SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC) and how these metrics interconnect.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight), and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and data quality best practices.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
