**The Opportunity:**
As part of our team supporting the Perpetua Media product, you will contribute to growth optimization and reporting technology for top eCommerce businesses. As a Frontend Engineer, you will develop and enhance web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

**What You'll Do:**
- Develop full stack capabilities within our core platform across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart.
- Create deeper workflows into retail media platforms globally.
- Collaborate on system design and architecture for back-end microservices and front-end experiences predominantly deployed on GCP.
- Process large data sets and improve data flow through our systems.
- Work closely with a team of engineers, a product manager, and a designer to create a seamless experience for our customers.
- Identify areas for system improvement, propose solutions, seek feedback, and iterate on ideas collaboratively.

**Who You Are:**
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with web-based technologies in a product environment.
- Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS.
- Comfortable navigating a large codebase across multiple repositories.
- Experience collaborating with teams of approximately 5 engineers to solve complex problems.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, with a track record of building systems that handle extensive data.
- Skilled in navigating ambiguity and effectively communicating ideas and solutions.
- Committed to taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.

**The Interview Process:**
The process starts with an introductory call with our Talent Acquisition team to assess fit and your professional background, as well as address any role-specific questions. Following this, you will meet team members individually, and may complete skills assessments such as a Take Home Assignment or Pair Programming exercise, depending on the position.
