**What Is Required (Qualifications):**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with web application frameworks such as NodeJS, React, Angular, or Next
- Proven ability to design and build distributed, highly scalable, and robust user interfaces
- Hands-on experience integrating front-end platforms with RESTful and/or GraphQL back-ends
- Strong command of HTML and CSS, along with experience in optimizing web applications for performance
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative team environments

**How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience building front-end platforms for real estate or marketing products
- Familiarity with social media APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience working with offshore teams
