**What You'll Do:**
- Contribute to the development of software solutions, enhancing customer experiences and solving complex challenges.
- Act as a go-to expert in a specific area of the codebase while understanding the broader architecture.
- Ensure quality and maintainability of the product, identifying areas for improvement.
- Supervise others or lead moderately-sized projects as needed.
- Collaborate with teams, ensuring SDLC processes are followed, including agile methodologies and peer code reviews.
- Partner with product and analytics teams to drive requirements that meet all stakeholders' needs.
- Own the technical testing and performance plan for projects.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their professional growth.
- Develop complex features and troubleshoot difficult defects without supervision.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and propose new technologies as necessary.
- Interact directly with customers when needed to understand their challenges.

**What We're Looking For:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in .NET development and similar technology stacks.
- Experience deploying to AWS environments and using AWS APIs, Microservices, SQL, NoSQL, and GIT.
- Familiarity with scrum and DevOps environments.
- Strong understanding of the agile application development lifecycle and deployment pipelines for .NET applications.
- Experience designing and building JSON or REST services, and working with third-party APIs.
- Knowledge of at least one OOP language and understanding of various design patterns and the OOP paradigm.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and security considerations.
