**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute innovative ideas and tools to support our major initiatives and products. You will collaborate with a professional team to ensure the timely delivery of products while maintaining elevated development practices and standards.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Building:** Develop robust and scalable solutions, including complex applications, distributed systems, and microservices. Ensure high-quality, efficient code that aligns with organizational standards.
- **Designing:** Play a vital role in the design phase, architecting solutions that meet performance, security, and usability standards for major initiatives within the Multifamily team.
- **Enhancing Processes:** Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.
- **Collaboration:** Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative architecture design with cross-functional teams.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to the advancement of both code quality and personal development.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Experience with complex tightly integrated applications, distributed systems, or microservices.
- Proficiency in Typescript, React, Ruby on Rails, with exposure to Python, dbt, and Looker preferred.
- Experience with AWS cloud is a plus.
- Strong understanding of agile software processes and testing practices.
