**What is the opportunity?**
You will play a significant role focused on platform application support in client operations.

**What will you do?**
- Act as an intermediary between IT and Business Units.
- Provide platform application support for Gplus (Custody and Benefit Payments, Portfolio Accounting) and Trust/PCR Systems.
- Investigate and resolve all inquiries from business units including AIS, Derivative, Pooled Fund, Shadow Team, Client Services and Reporting, and Benefit Payments Team.
- Support the Gplus/Trust/PCR Client Reporting Teams on outages, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Determine needs and suggest improvements in procedures, processes, or systems.
- Review and execute processes to reduce operational risk and ensure efficient processing.
- Deliver quality service by promptly responding to requests related to Gplus Custody and Benefit Payments systems.
- Support other Analysts during high volume periods and participate in special system projects.
- Communicate and escalate issues to Management, and submit change requests to T&O for system-related changes.

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have:**
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, managing financial and regulatory reporting for clients.
- Strong understanding of Institutional Client statutory and financial reporting requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- University Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce.
- Intermediate Excel skills and VBA Macro skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach.

**Nice-to-have:**
- Industry-related courses/designations.
- Data Analytics experience, comfortable working with large data sets.
