**The Role:**
In today's fast-paced market, publicly traded clients require real-time insights into stock behavior and overall market trends. As an integral part of our Intelligence Team, you will collaborate with team leaders, investor relations partners, capital markets experts, and tech developers to enhance our service offerings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the main point of contact for publicly traded clients, keeping them informed on equity and institutional ownership trends.
- Build and maintain client relationships while identifying pain points and upsell opportunities.
- Stay informed on market trends and best practices in investor relations, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to assist in developing new products and services.
- Assist publicly traded companies’ investor relations teams and support critical deliverables such as board reports.
- Generate client deliverables accurately and timely in a high-pressure environment.
- Collaborate with others across the organization to improve efficiencies and generate new ideas.
- Mentor newer analysts while providing advanced analysis and support for complex client issues.
- Liaise with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
**Education & Experience:**
- 2-5 years of relevant capital markets experience; strong preference for stock surveillance experience.
- Demonstrated interest in capital markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs.
- Experience with generative AI prompts for capital markets.
- BA or BS Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or Computer Sciences.
