- Wealth Management/Financial industry experience

**Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand objectives and design solutions to meet business requirements
- Analyze and conceptualize design solutions, collaborating with Systems Architects, Vendors, and team members
- Apply in-depth business and technical knowledge to represent both the business and technology communities
- Define and document systems requirements and design at the appropriate level
- Lead and guide the work of other Systems Analysts
- Work with Project Manager and Senior Business and Technical Architects to develop project approaches, schedules, and delivery estimates

- Extensive experience as a Senior Systems Analyst with large program involvement
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of architecture, application development, design, and integration
- Proven ability to provide technology recommendations to the business
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership in cross-functional teams
- Proficient in team environments with integration projects involving diverse technologies/platforms
- Strong capability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and relationships
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, facilitation, presentation)
