**Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Engineer to enhance our End User Computing and Mobile Systems Architecture. Reporting to the Manager of Endpoint Engineering, you will provide technical operational support, leadership, and strategic oversight across the management of end-user computing and mobile device technologies, including Windows, OneDrive, iOS, Samsung, MDM, and app packaging utilizing Microsoft Intune.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Support:** Oversee the daily management, configuration, and optimization of end-user computing and mobile devices, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
- **Strategy & Direction:** Lead strategy, planning, and execution of end-user computing and mobile management, aligning with stakeholders for seamless integration of solutions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Develop strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
- **Problem Solving & Innovation:** Address complex technical challenges creatively, continuously improving processes for user experience and organizational efficiency.
- **IT Security Alignment:** Ensure all solutions adhere to a security-first approach, maintaining alignment with IT Security groups to safeguard company assets.
- **Communication & Collaboration:** Partner with Service Desk and IT teams to foster skill development and create a supportive knowledge-sharing environment.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Drive opportunities for service enhancement, promoting industry best practices to improve user experience and foster a culture of learning.
- **Cost Optimization:** Design and implement cost-effective computing support services, ensuring budget-conscious delivery of high-quality services.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- **Enterprise Systems Expertise:** 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments, specifically in systems administration or engineering with experience in modern desktop ecosystem design and management utilizing Microsoft Intune.
- **Technical Proficiency:** In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune system architecture, Azure, Active Directory, OneDrive, Windows, mobile and computing hardware, and software delivery.
- **Communication & Presentation Skills:** Excellent skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and conveying complex concepts clearly.
- **EUC Technology Knowledge:** Comprehensive experience with end-user device management (EUC), Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X/iOS, mobile device management (MDM & MAM).
- **PowerShell & Application Packaging:** Strong scripting experience, particularly in PowerShell, and application packaging technologies.
- **IT Infrastructure & ITIL Knowledge:** Familiarity with IT security, networking, virtual servers, and ITIL change management processes.
- **Strategic Experience:** A history of designing and presenting roadmaps to senior IT leaders is a plus.
- **Educational Background:** BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
