**Position Overview:**

Your role as a Senior Technical Program Manager will be pivotal in driving enterprise-level AI & Machine Learning (ML) initiatives, collaborating closely with teams across our organization to achieve our business objectives. You will be part of our Platform Services and Emerging Technologies (PSET) group, working to develop and manage roadmaps, define milestones, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with product, technology, and platform leaders to operationalize AI/ML platform solution strategies.
- Facilitate alignment between divisions and stakeholders.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, lead escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Define program outcomes, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Manage cross-organizational initiatives through effective planning and delivery management.
- Drive risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
- Provide regular updates on program progress across all organizational levels.
- Implement organization-wide processes and promote continuous improvement.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Proven experience in technical program management and leadership.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, with experience in building and deploying large models and cloud infrastructures.
- Approximately 7 years of experience in a relevant role, including Technical Program Manager or Software Architect.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and experience with version control and ticketing systems.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Expertise in translating specialized knowledge into business needs.
- Ability to solve complex problems through thorough evaluation and innovative solutions.
- Independence in work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to persuade stakeholders and interact with senior leadership effectively.

**The Ideal Candidate:**
- Has prior experience in developing or managing AI/ML platforms within a large tech company.
- Is proactive in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
- Utilizes data analytics to enhance software operations and organizational efficiency.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen alongside technical expertise.
- Shows a commitment to delivering results while managing team dynamics.
