**Senior Transportation Project Manager (Highways)**

**Overview:**
Dillon’s Transportation and Facilities technical group is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team in Ontario. You will work on a variety of provincial transportation projects, including environmental assessments and the design of highway infrastructure, interchanges, and intersections. This position is available at our Ontario locations (Toronto, Guelph, Kitchener, Oakville, Windsor, Chatham, Hamilton, London, Kingston, and Ottawa) with flexible work arrangements.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage transportation engineering projects and multidisciplinary project teams, including transportation, bridge, electrical, and water resource engineers, planners, and technical support staff.
- Develop technical expertise on transportation engineering projects, environmental assessments, and both preliminary and detailed design.
- Lead the preparation of technical reports and studies to support transportation designs and EA documentation.
- Prepare contract documentation, including drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and working day estimates.
- Manage stakeholder consultation programs and prepare presentations for municipal councils and agencies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, develop project budgets, and ensure successful project delivery.

**Business Development:**
- Prepare estimates and project proposals.
- Cultivate the MTO client relationship and identify new business opportunities in collaboration with project managers.
- Contribute to the leadership of the Transportation Facilities Group.
- Business travel may be required for project meetings.

**Learning & Development:**
- Commit to ongoing professional development.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to junior and intermediate staff.
- Participate in professional associations and committees.

**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed professional engineer in Ontario.
- Minimum of 15 years related work experience.
- Proven leadership and business development capabilities.
- Experience with MTO environmental assessment processes and provincial infrastructure design.
- Familiarity with alternative project delivery models.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
