**Terms:** 12 months with opportunity to convert to Full Time
**Job Description:**
Apex Systems is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, to work for our client, a leading Canadian Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop custom applications within ServiceNow.
- Utilize various ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Resource, Asset Management, Service Levels (SLA), and Content Management.
- Manage Service Catalog and Service Portals.
- Build API integrations and case exchanges.
- Implement ITIL best practices in ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM solutions.
- Work in an Agile environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of Development experience.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow design and workflows.
- Proficient in JavaScript development.
- Experience with MID servers and Cloud Services.
- Certifications in ITIL and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist desired.
- Hands-on experience with:
1. Platform upgrade activities
2. MID servers installation/troubleshooting
3. Integrations (REST/SOAP/Scripted web service)
4. PowerShell scripting
5. CMDB/Discovery
6. Service Portal
**Interview Process:**
- Minimum of 1 interview, maximum of 2 interviews (1 hour each) focusing on technical skills and team fit.
