**Overview:**
Our Toronto-based financial client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to deliver advanced platform solutions and support enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and proven experience in delivering complex, large-scale projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring advanced features and capabilities are leveraged effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, fix defects, and provide user support for enterprise applications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, integration requirements, extensibility, and security protocols.
- Develop enhancements and maintain detailed documentation of application designs and coding techniques.
- Provide specialized knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules and domains.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure effective platform governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate key decisions and influence outcomes in a matrix environment.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Expertise in scripting using JavaScript and PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITAM (IT Asset Management).
- Proven ability to deliver complex ServiceNow projects in large, publicly traded corporations or similar matrix environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on platform optimization.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
