**Position Description:**
The Site Reliability Engineer will provide a broad range of systems/application support, research and analysis, administration, performance monitoring, and management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Offer effective day-to-day support for applications/systems through accurate problem identification and timely resolution of production issues, prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Manage incident resolution (2nd level), monthly maintenance, and SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the stability of the production environment.
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring alignment with reliability engineering best practices.
- Influence design and development to promote automation, scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Foster deep relationships with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Operations.
- Address optimization opportunities and ensure effective change management practices.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on performance testing, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
**Experience and Education:**
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing a team of subject matter experts responsible for platform stability and scalability across various technology stacks.
- Expertise with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk).
- Strong understanding of systems design/support from a reliability and solutions perspective.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
