**Program Overview:**
SOAR is Scotiabank’s 24-month development program designed exclusively for Indigenous Peoples completing post-secondary education. This program is structured to provide a supportive learning environment, facilitating professional development and the building of skills necessary for a successful career in banking.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate in a rotational program across various lines of business, including Technology, Global Banking & Markets, and Canadian Banking.
- Engage in customized workshops, leadership courses, and capstone projects aimed at professional growth.
- Collaborate within a diverse and inclusive team while building a network with Scotiabank’s Indigenous Associates.

**Requirements:**
- Identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis peoples of Canada).
- Have or be on track to complete a post-secondary degree (apprenticeship, certificate, diploma, undergraduate, or graduate) between April 2023 and June 2025.
- Demonstrate a passion for learning and a desire to contribute positively to the financial industry.
- Engage in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, competitions, and hackathons.
- Seek a culturally safe and supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
