**Job Title:** Software Developer - Senior
**Location:** Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
**Duration:** 12+ Months

**Skills Experience and Skill Set Requirements:**

**Siebel Development Skills - 40%**
- 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI
- 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring and developing
- Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects
- Experience with Siebel Tools software and editing Siebel Web Templates
- Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods
- Possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification
- Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations
- Experience in UI integration (embedding external applications in Siebel, exposing Siebel in external applications)
- Experience with configuring Siebel migration applications
- Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager

**Report Development Skills - 35%**
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
- Experience in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts - PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files

**Soft Skills - 20%**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines
- Demonstrated adaptability to change

**Public Sector Experience - 5%**
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService is an asset
- Experience with Grants Management is an asset

**Must Have:**
