**Team Overview:**
The Digital Applications Development Team is responsible for developing and supporting web applications, focusing on both web and mobile platforms for Fidelity Canada. We strive to deliver superior online experiences emphasizing stability, performance, and service excellence.

**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a Java Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of software development and be comfortable working on both back-end and front-end tasks. Responsibilities include:

- Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document web applications.
- Ensure the security of all web applications.
- Participate in the on-call application support rotation.

**Qualifications:**

- University degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2+ years of software development experience.
- Strong understanding of Internet programming languages (Java, Angular JS, React, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, CSS3, jQuery, Spring, Spring Boot).
- Good knowledge of SQL or other database platforms (such as Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Content Management System experience is an asset (specifically Adobe Experience Manager).
- Prior experience in the investment, mutual fund, or financial industry is preferable.
