**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement advanced gaming algorithms using C++
- Perform rigorous testing of gaming systems to ensure quality and adherence to gaming regulations
- Utilize mathematical modeling and statistical analysis to optimize gaming algorithms and systems
- Maintain and enhance gaming systems on Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and launch new game features
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the gaming industry and computer science field

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 2+ years of professional C++ experience
- A deep love of Mathematics
- Casino/slot game experience preferred
