**Job Title:** Software Developer - Senior
**Location:** Toronto (Hybrid)
**Duration:** 12+ Months
**Pay Range:** CA$70-75/hr

**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications, write and generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain and conduct unit tests.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during the operation of software packages, including assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

**Required Skills:**
- Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level.
- Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience in structured methodologies for design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
- Proficient in design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications.
- Familiarity with object-oriented and third-generation language development tools.
- Knowledge of relational and hierarchical database technologies.
- Experience with information retrieval packages using query languages.
- Understanding of communications protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

**Desirable Skills:**
- Knowledge of programming Internet-ready applications.
- Familiarity with rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
- Understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
- Experience with middleware, gateways, and scripting.
- Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related standards.

**Experience and Skill Set Requirements:**
- **Siebel Development Skills (40%)**
- 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration.
- 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
- 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18, focusing on configuration and development.
- Familiarity with Siebel Tools Software and editing Web Templates.
- Experience with UI integration and migration application configuration.

- **Report Development Skills (35%)**
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
- Proficient in HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.

- **Soft Skills (20%)**
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork abilities.
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving under pressure.

- **Public Sector Experience (5%)**
- Familiarity with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Grants Management, etc.
