**What You’ll Do:**
- Collaborate with the tech lead and manager to break down larger projects into tasks, ensuring timely delivery.
- Design and write high-quality code that is simple, sophisticated, and understandable.
- Work closely with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Create and monitor metrics to support team operations and availability.
- Engage in team community activities, including participation in the interview process.

**What We Look For:**
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience in front-end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (or similar), and server-side languages like Salesforce Apex, Python, or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to convert simple problems into effective software solutions while writing clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Proficiency in debugging and participating in code reviews.
- Strong ownership of personal growth, seeking feedback proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Compensation:**
- Base pay range: $125,000 - $175,000 per year.
