**Who We Need**
We are hiring a Software Engineering Manager to report to our CTO. In this hands-on role, you will code and lead a team of Full Stack Developers, contributing to all stages of development: feature design, prototyping, coding, QA testing, and delivery. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to commute to our Toronto office 2-3 times per week.

**The Technical Details**
Our tech stack is based on Typescript and Angular on the front end, Ionic and Capacitor for mobile, NodeJS on the backend, and MongoDB as the main data store, deployed using Docker. Products you may work on include SuiteSpot Maintenance, SuiteSpot Capital, our mobile app, Angular web applications, and our BI platform.
**What You Will Do**
- Lead a team of software engineers, overseeing the full software development lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 engineers in an Agile environment.
- Participate in all stages of development as both a team leader and individual contributor.
- Collaborate across teams to define project requirements and discuss technical approaches.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software that meets industry standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
**What You Bring**
- **Technical Expertise**: Experience in the design, development, and testing of products in a B2B client-focused environment. Proficiency in Angular, NodeJS, MongoDB, and mobile app development tools.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to break down challenges into actionable tasks and support a collaborative Agile team.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication skills with the ability to work efficiently across teams.
