**Purpose & Objectives:**
The Software Partner Solutions Director plays a key leadership role across SAP North America and the Market Unit by partnering with Third Party Software Partners. The role’s key responsibilities include driving revenue through Partner Orchestration by effectively leveraging experiences and operationalizing the Canada Market Unit Strategy. This role will also involve responsibilities as a Partner Leader for 2-3 software partners.
**Expectations and Tasks:**
- Integrate Partner & SAP across Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Solution Set Market Unit Strategy across all partners.
- Tailor demand generation tactics and partner orchestration to ensure accountability and success.
- Represent partners in SAP offices and conduct in-person presentations to Partner Sales and Alliance Teams.
- Attend partner-sponsored events to generate incremental pipeline with high conversion rates.
- Understand all Third-Party Software (3PS) activity (Sales, Alliances & Demand) and identify E2E solutions to drive incrementality across organizations.
- Oversee 3PS marketing and event initiatives for South Market Unit.
- Drive deal execution and expansion for the Market Unit's annual 3PS revenue and manage MU forecasts.
**Relationship Management:**
- Establish a relationship plan across 3PS (External/Internal) and create scorecards with MU Leadership.
- Foster a positive team environment and communicate clearly to develop insightful and optimistic experiences.
**Work Experience:**
- 3+ years of experience in the software industry in a sales or related role.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships; SAP North America field experience is a plus.
**Education & Qualifications/Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office products.
- Ability to communicate, influence, persuade, and present at an executive level.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate across matrixed reporting lines and execute strategic initiatives with complex partners.
- BA or BS degree or equivalent.

**Compensation:**
The targeted annual compensation range for this position is $133,300 - $285,200, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive targets.
