We offer APIs and a marketing-focused business intelligence tool that enable customers to leverage our datasets, integrate first-party data securely, and perform analysis and modeling with ease.
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our solutions team. In this role, you will lead the technical aspects of the sales process and engage with customers to demonstrate our capabilities and implement solutions that align with their strategic needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Sales and Client Relationship:*
- Collaborate with the sales team on business opportunities
- Respond to RFPs and address clients' support and technical inquiries
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and prospects
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
*Product Development and Technical Expertise:*
- Drive product evolution based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with product management on feature prioritization
- Maintain deep knowledge of Arima's offerings and industry trends
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers
*Implementation and Integration:*
- Design custom solutions tailored to client needs
- Oversee complex implementations and resolve technical issues
- Design and execute proofs of concept (POCs), analyzing results for improvements
*Cross-Functional Collaboration:*
- Work with engineering, product, and support teams
- Participate in cycle planning and product roadmap discussions
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:*
- Create and maintain technical and customer success documentation
- Develop and deliver training sessions
- Contribute to the company knowledge base
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytics-related field
- 2+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the data and AI domain
- Strong technical background with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record in client relationship management and advisory roles
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with MarTech/AdTech and industry trends
