**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Bilingual Learning Specialist Designer to join our Learning & Skills Development team. This full-time role involves collaborating with business function leads to design and develop various training solutions, including micro-learning, asynchronous and synchronous training, and video-based learning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project teams to analyze learning needs and ensure assets meet business requirements.
- Communicate training solution recommendations through learning briefs, visual design concepts, prototypes, and blueprints.
- Propose data-driven training solutions that enhance user experience, adhere to design standards, and facilitate learning in the flow of work.
- Create training design and development plans, compelling course content, storyboards, and scripts that promote skill development and knowledge retention.
- Design engaging learning activities and high-quality learning assets using various authoring tools and software.
- Develop mobile-responsive prototypes and video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and stay updated on technology trends to enhance the learning experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
- 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design, graphic and multimedia design, content creation, or video editing.
- Demonstrated experience as an Instructional Designer or multimedia developer for educational solutions.
- Knowledge of learning and development principles and methodologies is essential.
- Strong content writing, editing, and creative visual design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects and utilize basic project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital media production, and various authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
**Work Model Requirement:**
This role requires adherence to a hybrid work model, with a presence in the office at least three days per week.
