**Position Overview**
We are seeking a full-time, bilingual Learning Specialist Designer to join our Learning & Skills Development team. You will engage with business function leads to assess learning needs and design a variety of digital training formats, including micro-learning and video-based learning.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts and project teams to analyze learning needs and design training solutions.
- Communicate training recommendations through learning briefs and visual design concepts.
- Create high-level design and development plans and compelling course content to enhance skill development.
- Design engaging learning activities using various authoring tools and develop mobile-responsive training assets.
- Produce video content and manage all aspects of video pre- and post-production.
- Evaluate learning initiatives' effectiveness and integrate current technology trends into learning assets.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design, graphic design, multimedia content creation, or video editing.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and multimedia development.
- Familiarity with Learning and Development principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional content writing skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, digital media production, and various authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.
**Work Environment**
This position requires adherence to a hybrid work model, with in-office presence at least three days per week.
