**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Bilingual Learning Specialist Designer to join our Learning & Skills Development team. The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders to assess needs and design various training programs including micro-learning, asynchronous and synchronous training, and visual design of digital training assets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leads to analyze learning needs and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Communicate training solutions clearly through briefs, design concepts, and prototypes.
- Leverage data-driven approaches to enhance learner experiences and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Create comprehensive training design and development plans.
- Develop engaging course content, storyboards, and scripts to enhance skill development.
- Utilize various authoring tools to design and create high-quality learning assets.
- Produce video content using tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Develop post-training resources to reinforce behavioral change and improved performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives and stay current with learning technology trends.
**Qualifications:**
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design or multimedia development.
- Demonstrated experience as an Instructional Designer or in developing educational solutions.
- Familiarity with learning and development (L&D) principles and methodologies.
- Strong content writing, editing, and multimedia production skills.
- Experience managing multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and various authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
**Work Model:**
This position requires in-office presence at least three days per week to promote collaboration and success in our office culture.
