**Job Posting: Cybersecurity Incident and Forensic Manager**

**Location**: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
**Schedule**: 37.5 hours/week
**Sector**: Technology Solutions
**Salary**: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD (Base salary, eligible for commission based on local minimum wage)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Incident and Forensic Manager to lead a team of Cybersecurity Incident and Forensic first responders. You will provide specialized expertise on Cybersecurity Events, Incidents, and Digital Forensics while supporting the growth of team members in Threat Defense Operations. Your main focus will be to mitigate risks and protect TD from cyber threats. You will also engage in projects of moderate to high complexity, providing detailed reporting and analysis across various levels of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Guide partners on a wide range of technology throughout incidents.
- Lead Cybersecurity Incidents and Events.
- Develop and oversee containment and recovery plans for Cybersecurity Incidents.
- Contribute to a global security management strategy and framework.
- Ensure technology and processes are in place to monitor, detect, prevent, and respond to cybersecurity threats.
- Drive operational enhancements for Cybersecurity, including monitoring and detection across multiple domains.
- Adhere to internal policies, technology control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement related to technology controls and information security activities.

**Job Requirements**:
- University degree or equivalent hands-on work experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Information Security.
- Expert knowledge of IT security and Incident Management practices across multiple cybersecurity domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with incident response detection tools (SIEM, EDR, Firewall, etc.).
- Advanced scripting skills and experience with various Operating Systems (Windows/NIX/Cloud/Mobile).
- Strong communications, leadership, and team-building skills within IT or Cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with complex projects involving technology controls and information security.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience as an Incident Commander or Manager handling complex information security and cybercrime incidents.
- Experience briefing Senior Executives on cyber incidents and authoring communications related to information security.
- Proven ability to maintain operational playbooks and governance documentation.
