**Position Summary:**
We are looking for passionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work independently with primarily adult clients in their home settings, offering both face-to-face and virtual sessions. This role allows for a flexible schedule tailored to the needs of clients and promotes the use of a variety of therapy skills to enhance client well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments in home settings based on presenting impairments or diagnoses, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
- Work with clients facing diverse challenges, including those recovering from strokes or neurological conditions affecting speech, breathing, or swallowing.
- Develop care plans grounded in evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with clients' family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals regarding care goals and service plans.

**Qualifications:**
- Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexible with strong organizational skills.
- Multilingual skills are an asset.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience providing home-based services is beneficial; new graduates are welcome to apply.
