**What You'll Be Doing:**
As a Senior Analyst, IT Quality Assurance, you will develop and execute test scenarios and scripts for functional system integration and acceptance testing across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and translating business and functional requirements into testing requirements.
- Managing end-to-end testing activities for projects across various teams, both onsite and offshore.
- Building strong relationships with clients by providing high-quality customer service.
- Collaborating with test leads, business analysts, and development teams to establish test plans and standards.
- Monitoring project adherence to quality standards and providing progress testing status reports.
- Ensuring compliance with testing standards throughout all phases of the software development life cycle.
**Who You Are:**
You have experience in Software Testing Life Cycle using Agile or Waterfall methodologies and are familiar with QA approaches and tools like ALM, JIRA, and Python. You hold a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective communication skills. Bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are an asset.
