**About The Role:**
In this opportunity as Sr. Business Analyst, you will:
- Contribute to defining and continuously improving the Global Template of the business group, supporting its implementation and adherence in each region.
- Drive consistency of the Global template and participate in negotiations for agreed variances via global Process forums.
- Assist in managing the definition, approval, prioritization, and resource allocation for projects aligned with strategy, mission, and targeted improvements.
- Support the achievement of regional operating efficiencies through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Own and manage a portfolio of small to large systems and process improvement projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to handover.
- Collaborate with process teams to develop comprehensive training and communication materials for successful project deployment.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment between Global Templates and product-specific processes.
- Partner with Service Delivery owners to ensure processes support key measurement criteria.
- Conduct impact analysis of corporate projects and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate planned initiatives, implications, and responsibilities to global/regional business units and representatives of other functions.
**About You:**
You will be a fit for the role if your background includes:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a global business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in process modeling, analysis, and design techniques.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of business operations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

**Compensation:**
The base compensation range for this role is $97,100 - $180,300, depending on location and experience. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on performance.
**Location:**
Eligible office locations for this role include Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY.
